The Secret to How to Embody Your WEALTHY WOMAN: Learn to Be A Magnet for More Money – As a woman who has had a messy relationship with money because of my lack of self-worth, learning to embrace, embody, and express myself as wealthy has been a journey in rediscovering the sovereignty of who I really am and who I am meant to be in this world.
It has been a somatic practice that changed my perspective and many of my clients’ lives. As you develop this mindset and embody the feelings of wealth, worthiness, prosperity, and true presence in your body, you will not only change your income, but you will create so much more impact, freedom, and calm in your life and for others.
Self Image
Your self-image is literally your success mechanism – Like my late mentor Bob Proctor said in the movie The Secret, “If you think you can or you think you can, you’re right!” You have an inner image and an outer image. Your inner image can be wrought with emotional debt from past experiences. These can include the dark, shadowy beliefs of self like “what’s wrong with me” ( shame), “Is this really meant for me?”( worth), and “Can I really do this” ( feeling not enough).
The insidious thing about this emotional debt is that it becomes so part of our self-talk and inner image we carry it around like invisible baggage, and it becomes part of everything we do, say, and embody. In order to be an embodiment of a wealthy woman, we need to create a new self-image that matches the Self we desire to experience.
Body Sensations
Sometimes we don’t catch the mean self-talk or criticism that is within us, but we are attuned more to our body sensations. The body speaks in sensations, and the body houses our nervous system, subconscious mind, and emotional body. Our sensations can serve as a student raising her hand for attention. We often go to an automatic judgment of a good sensation or bad sensation. Instead, you could start to be more aware of sensations that show up when you feel the most prosperous, wealthy, and abundant. Where do they live, and how do they feel in your body?
Feelings
Under the Body, sensations are emotions, and these emotions are rich and complex. Emotions are usually paired with old experiences that we store in the body like a chipmunk storing nuts in its cheeks. Sometimes it can be difficult to identify the emotion layers or detect exactly where they are coming from, but you can shift the perspective that you are the emotion to a part of you that is experiencing that emotion.
This is a powerful perspective shift because then, instead of becoming that emotion and going into survival, you can create more space by turning to the emotion like an old friend asking, “Anger, what do you need right now in this moment” “ sadness how do you want to be nourished?” “ Fear, how can I show up for you right now?” This takes some practice, but when you can embody within yourself worthiness, safety, belonging, connection, and feeling enough and begin to expand on those feelings without bypassing the old feelings, you begin to express a new vibrant energy of wholeheartedness and wealth.
Aligned Action
Let’s face it in this day and age, if you’re a woman over 40, you’re tired, maybe even exhausted. We must learn not to act in the hustle and pushing energy that we can so easily fall prey to because of our desires, drive, and ambition to make a massive impact and create lifestyles that support our desire for freedom. It’s not what you do that creates exhaustion but how you do it.
When we want to create a life that we don’t need a vacation from, we still need to take aligned and inspired action. This action does not need to feel like pushing or for having rather, it can feel like an action that is the inspired next step toward a goal. The more we can relax and come from a place of creation instead of a place of force, the more we can start serving and resting on our riches. The way we do anything is the way we do everything, and a wealthy woman embodies and expresses her power from a place of safety, centered and calm energy.
She doesn’t chase, force, or push, which usually leads to burnout. Learning to move in your day in a way that feels restful and easy creates a deposit to your nervous system instead of depletion and spending by always giving from a “have to” energy.
These practices take time to develop, and with consistency and practice, you will create a deep connection to the version of you that you know in your heart, mind and soul is the most aligned, authentic, and fully expressed version of you!
