Beyond Cause & Effect: Decoding the Many Layers of Karma Involved in Manifestation – Every soul comes in with karma, which is the energy of choices you made in a past life that did not align to you and needs to be balanced out through new empowered action. It will remain with your soul for as many lifetimes as it takes to clear it.
Your karma will dictate the family and circumstances you are born into, which will always be a vibrational match for the karmic patterns you need to overcome. And you will always attract the energy of your karma first, giving you an opportunity to make a new empowered choice. Until you do, you cannot attract or maintain higher vibrational results, and it will keep you feeling stuck and unable to manifest what you truly desire. Once you become aware of the fact that you have complete control over your choices to clear karma by making purposeful choices to create a new outcome, you can make extraordinary leaps forward.
Did you know there are many different kinds of karma, as well as many levels of karma? Remember that we live in frequency and vibration, and whatever you put out will get returned to you. This is not meant to be punitive. Rather, it is there to help you understand that everything in your life is a result of the energy you put out be it mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual in nature. And you can change what flows to you at any time. This is a universal law.
The word karma is a Sanskrit word meaning “action” or “deed.” The concept is that every action, deed, or “karma” has an affect or implication for the future, which is based on the intention of the individual who is doing the act, and often leads the soul into a cycle of death and rebirth or reincarnation. An act with positive intention creates positive karma and can lead to happiness, fulfillment, and success. An act with negative intention creates negative karma, and can lead to unhappiness, suffering and lack of success, both of which can be experienced in this or future incarnations.
There are two types of resulting karma that an action can create:
A. Phala – which is an immediate effect, visible or invisible, experienced in that same lifetime by the person who committed the act.
B. Samskara – which is always an invisible effect carried internally by the person who committed the act. It will shape their behaviors, perceptions, and ability to be happy in this and future lifetimes.
Then, there are three types of karma:
A. Prarabdha Karma – to be experienced in the present lifetime.
B. Sancita Karma – karma that has been stored but not yet experienced. C. Agami Karma – karma created in the present life, but to be experienced in a future life.
There are also many different levels of karma that you can also be affected by:
A. Marital Karma – two people are often drawn together in present life due to unresolved trauma in previous lives as a married couple. There could have been abuse, neglect, or unfaithfulness that kept them bonded together through a perceived lack of free will. Or there could also have been extreme co-dependency between them. Unless it is resolved before one of the partners passes away, the karmic pattern is destined to be repeated in future lifetimes, where the two will be drawn together again to “pick up where they left off,” giving one or both of them an opportunity to change their choices once and for all.
B. Ancestral Karma – You can be born into a family dynamic that is aligned with the karma you hold. This could include money problems, health challenges, behavioral patterns and more. It could also include family “curses” that your karma is somehow aligned to and in order to clear it, you will be born into a family that perpetuates the energy of that negativity. This is all designed for you to overcome it, not to wallow in it, which is why sometimes people think karma is happening TO them. It’s not! Rather, it’s happening FOR you so that you can overcome it!
C. Geographic Karma – this is an accumulation of energy that can be created when you live within a group or society that experiences large-scale negativity such as war, famine, or natural disaster. This can affect you in future lifetimes depending on how you relate to what happened and the emotions you tied to it before you passed.
D. Racial Karma – This is a negative energy often tied to an entire race that either suffered or perpetrated negativity and can be carried through the ancestral bloodlines until released by members of a future generation.
You are only affected by karma for as long as you choose to be, which is why it is so important to focus on yourself and your own healing journey and what you want to accomplish for yourself in any one lifetime.
