Detox Anti-inflammatory Immunity Boost Juice
Gluten-Free, Vegan, Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 2 large lemons, peeled and segmented
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
- 2 cups coconut water
- Ice cubes
Directions:
Peel and segment the oranges and lemons. Peel the ginger and turmeric and chop it into smaller pieces for easier blending. In a blender, combine the orange segments, lemon segments, chopped ginger, turmeric, and water. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp. Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon on the rim of each glass for presentation.
