I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist and have been actively practicing for over 30 years. I see a wide range of clients in an outpatient setting with issues relating to depression, anxiety or both. What I have realized is that 98% of all my clients over the decades had trauma. Its prevalence became so striking to me over the years that I obtained extra training in trauma and now it is one of my specialty areas.
